If you are visiting Italy and planning on a Positano Italy vacation, make sure you pack your swimsuit so you can experience what thousands of people experience every year, which is the glorious waterfront and beaches below this lovely, picturesque town. Sunbathers love Positano because it is not 5-alarm hot, but rather pleasantly warm with a slight breeze that keeps you cool enough to allow yourself to stay out for longer, soaking up the rays. Swimming in the crystal blue water of Positano is a glorious experience and should definitely be done at least once when visiting here. Positano houses both sand and pebble beaches, but don’t worry, the pebbles are soft and fun to play in (especially the kids and young travelers!). The pebble beaches also do not tend to be quite as crowded during peak travel seasons, so that might be the way to go in order to experience Positano at it’s most beautiful.
