All the charitable organizations which operate in the United States have to operate under the law of the land. In order to establish these charitable trusts, the donors and founders charitable trusts need to do some crafty legal documentation. There are a number of regulation which decree how these charitable trusts are required to operate. The common examples are registration and actually making contributions to the cause for which they are established. Trusts are not allowed to sit on the donations and grow richer. They are required by law to be active in order to retain their status.
