While students are taking their Phd courses, it may get so overwhelming with all of the work and studying that has to be done, they may feel like their doctorate may just not be that important. They may think that they have a good job and that it is enough for them. But if the job they have was enough for them, then they would have never tried to get their Phd in the first place. The main advice that any family or friend can give a student trying to get their Phd is just simply and plainly put, don’t give up.
