I was recently speaking with my sister who is in the market for a first home. She has been a little overwhelmed by the process and not sure about the types of questions that she should be asking. I suggested that she read up on questions to ask when buying a house to get some insight into the information that you want to be aware of before attending an auction or submitting your home bid. It is better to be prepared so that you don’t end up buying a lemon and finding that you need to spend additional money to get the home up to scratch.
