I recently had to buy a new hot water heater. I had lived in the house for almost thirty years, and the water heater had been in the house when I bought it. I don't know exactly how old it was. All I knew was that I wanted to buy the same brand. The water heater had been reliable, and it had lasted for a very long time. I didn't know what brand the old tank was, and I needed someone to remove the old water heater so that the new one could be delivered and installed. My son came over to assist me. When he removed the old water heater, he told me that it was a Reliance. The name said it all. It was a reliance water heater. It was very reliable, and that's why I went and bought the same brand.
