It happens to all of us at some stage in our lives. We get on the scales and wait tentatively only to witness a number that we cannot quite comprehend. How on earth did you put on that extra stone, the scales must be faulty. Deep down though, you know you’re in denial and you’re going to have to do something about it before it’s too late. Once you learn how to burn fat, you can stop the rot and get back the slimmer you. Sure, it’s going to take some inspiration and perspiration, but you can do that can’t you. It’s worth it to fit into those clothes that until now had become resigned to the wardrobe.
