Lots of companies are facing the rising problem of bankruptcy reorganizations so you would do well to keep updated about chapter 7 bankruptcy as well. To get back to the news from, Delphi and Calpine, known to be the largest U.S. auto-parts maker, had some problems in its restructuring and finding exit financing as well.
The problem is that companies involved in bankruptcy proceedings are pressurized to opt for exit loans that are small which means cash is less for distribution. However, the company officials do state that it is on tract to exit bankruptcy process by January 2008.
