Preparing for the senior years

I was recently having dinner with my parents when the subject of retirement came up. They are both nearing the retirement age and despite being very active there will come a time when they will need to slow down. They have both prepared well financially so they will have the funds to do what they want. The most pressing issue that I raised with them is the subject of long term care. Fortunately, they have planned well by taking out the necessary insurance to provide for the short falls in their health insurance plans.
