I’ve just started learning about
Lean Manufacturing Training. I think it could help our company if we could manage to make the necessary adjustments.
Everything I’ve read about Implementing Lean Manufacturing has served to increase my interest. I think we’re capable of getting there.
Greater efficiency is always the best way to improve the bottom line, in my mind, because it can all happen inside the company. It doesn’t depend on anyone but ourselves.
