I’ve just started learning about
Lean Manufacturing Methods. I think it could help our company if we could manage to make the necessary adjustments.
I’ve been reading up on Lean Manufacturing Classes online, and I have to say that I’ve been growing more and more enthusiastic about the idea.
Greater efficiency is always the best way to improve the bottom line, in my mind, because it can all happen inside the company. It doesn’t depend on anyone but ourselves.
