The company I am working for is currently going through some growing pains. We have been hiring at an unprecedented rate. In the past the company has used outsourcing to procure new workers. Recently, a hr manager has been hired to implement a new human resource information system so that the processes can be managed internally. This will eliminate the need to use outsourcing to hire workers which is anticipated to save the company money and help to better manage the overall labor process.
