There are many kinds of patent jobs . They may range from a management level patent counsel to senior patent paralegal to a director of intellectual property to a patent agent or attorney. Patent jobs differ in profile from country to country as do the patent itself. The job varies from prosecution, licensing, patent mining and the purchasing of patents for emerging technologies. Patent jobs may demand requirement from individuals to practicing before the Patent and Trademark Office. The job also demands strong interpersonal skills. Most importantly the job needs a practicing attorney with academic qualifications of the level of Masters Degree or a PhD for that matter.
