I have a friend who was going to school to be a court reporter and I got to thinking, what other jobs are there out there where I can use my typing skills to make money on a part-time basis? After looking around online, I discovered information about becoming a medical transcriptionist. It’s similar to other transcription jobs but there are even more opportunities to work from home. You have to take medical transcription online classes before you can get your certificate. I got mine and now I am making pretty good money working from home even though I have two kids.
